GADONG, Sunday, 07 August 2022 - Ministry of Health held a Doa Kesyukuran and Appreciation Ceremony in conjunction with the closure of the Community Isolation Centre (CIC) and the handover of the National Service Program (PKBN) Training Camp at Bato Apoi, Temburong. The event was held at The Garden's Veranda, Rimba Garden Central.
Present as the Guest of Honour was Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Dr Haji Mohammad Isham bin Haji Jaafar, Minister of Health. Also present was Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Awang Haji Nazmi bin Haji Mohammad, Minister of Culture, Youth and Sports and Colonel (U) Haji Haszahaidi Bin Haji Ahmad Daud, Deputy Commander Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF).
The event commenced with the recitation of Surah Al-Fatihah and Doa Selamat followed by the speech from the Guest of Honour. The event continued with the handover of the PKBN training Camp to Yang Berhormat Minister of Culture, Youth and Sports, the presentation of token of appreciation and souvenirs to focal representatives and a video presentation in commemoration of the journey of CIC PKBN.
CIC PKBN was officially established on 18 August 2021 to accommodate up to 532 asymptomatic or mild symptoms COVID-19 patients. Airmen and Airwomen from RBAirF were deployed in support of the smooth-running of the centre and as a Whole of Nation Approach with other Government Agencies to curb the COVID-19 Pandemic. The varying roles supported by RBAirF personnel deployed to CIC PKBN include the Civilian Military Cooperation (CIMIC) troops, Swabber Team, Operation Room Support Team, Logistic Team and Dispatcher Team. Cooperation with other government agencies in dealing with the varying roles and assigned tasks have provided valuable experience for RBAirF personnel that has been deployed to CIC PKBN. The CIC PKBN was officially closed on 06 June 2022.
MAJLIS DOA KESYUKURAN DAN PENGHARGAAN SEMPENA PENUTUPAN PUSAT PERASINGAN KOMUNITI DAN PENYERAHAN BALIK KEM PKBN, BATTO APOI, TEMBURONG
GADONG, Ahad, 07 Ogos 2022 - Kementerian Kesihatan mengadakan Majlis Doa Kesyukuran dan Penghargaan sempena penutupan Pusat Perasingan Komuniti (CIC) dan penyerahan balik Kem Program Khidmat Bakti Negara (PKBN), Bato Apoi, Temburong. Majlis diadakan di The Garden's Veranda, Rimba Garden Central.
Hadir selaku tetamu kehormat majlis ialah Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Dr Haji Mohammad Isham bin Haji Jaafar, Menteri Kementerian Kesihatan. Turut hadir ke majlis tersebut ialah Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Awang Haji Nazmi bin Haji Mohammad, Menteri Kebudayaan, Belia dan Sukan dan Kolonel (U) Haji Haszahaidi Bin Haji Ahmad Daud, Timbalan Pemerintah Tentera Udara Diraja Brunei (TUDB).
Majlis dimulakan dengan bacaan Surah Al-Fatihah dan Doa Selamat, diikuti dengan ucapan daripada Tetamu Kehormat. Majlis diteruskan dengan penyampaian penyerahan balik Kem PKBN kepada Yang Berhormat Menteri Kebudayaan, Belia dan Sukan, penyampaian penghargaan dan cenderamata kepada wakil-wakil fokal dan persembahan video untuk memperingati kembali perjalanan CIC PKBN.
CIC PKBN telah mula beroperasi pada 18 Ogos 2021 dan dapat menampung seramai 532 pesakit-pesakit COVID-19 yang tidak mengalami sebarang gejala atau mempunyai gejala ringan. Anggota-anggota TUDB telah dikerahkan bagi membantu kelancaran pusat berkenaan dan dalam menyokong Whole of Nation Approach bersama Agensi-Agensi Kerajaan bagi membendung isu penularan wabak COVID-19. Pelbagai peranan yang dibantu oleh anggota TUDB yang dikerahkan ke CIC PKBN termasuk terup Civilian Military Cooperation (CIMIC), Pasukan Petugas Ujian Saringan, Pasukan Bilik Gerakan, Pasukan Logistik dan Pasukan Penghantar. Kerjasama bersama agensi kerajaan lain dalam menangani pelbagai peranan dan tugasan yang diberikan telah memberi pengalaman yang sangat berharga bagi Anggota- Anggota TUDB yang telah ditugaskan di CIC PKBN. CIC PKBN telah ditutup secara rasmi pada 06 Jun 2022.
