BOLKIAH GARRISON, Wednesday, 14 May 2025 – The Poster Distribution Ceremony for the Royal Brunei Armed Forces (RBAF) 64th Anniversary was held at Wira Seni Concert Hall, RBAF Band Building, Bolkiah Garrison. The ceremony officially marks the beginning of the upcoming celebration scheduled for 31 May 2025.

The ceremony commenced with the recitation of Surah Al-Fatihah, led by Captain Muhd Nasyrul Wafiy bin Haji Mahdini, Staff Officer Grade 2 Religious Operations, RBAF Religious Directorate (JAMA’AT), followed by welcoming remarks from Captain Khairil Haji Abdul Rahman, RBN, Deputy Commander Royal Brunei Navy as the Chairman of the RBAF 64th Anniversary Celebration.

The Chairman then graciously handed over 300 posters, published by the Public Relations Unit, Ministry of Defence to representatives from other Ministries, Government Departments, Directorates from the Ministry of Defence and RBAF Units.

With the theme 'Together United in Achieving the Nation’s Aspiration’, the poster distribution aims to inform the public of the upcoming RBAF’s 64th Anniversary Celebration, particularly the highlight event which will be held on 31 of May 2024 at the Muara Naval Base.

MAJLIS PENYERAHAN POSTER SEMPENA SAMBUTAN HARI ULANG TAHUN ANGKATAN BERSENJATA DIRAJA BRUNEI KE-64

BOLKIAH GARISON, Rabu, 14 Mei 2025 – Majlis Penyerahan Poster sempena Sambutan Hari Ulang Tahun Angkatan Bersenjata Diraja Brunei (ABDB) Ke-64 telah berlangsung di Dewan Wira Seni, Bangunan Pancaragam ABDB, Bolkiah Garison. Majlis ini menandakan permulaan rasmi kepada kemuncak sambutan yang akan diadakan pada 31 Mei 2025.

Majlis dimulakan dengan bacaan Surah Al-Fatihah yang dipimpin oleh Kapten Muhd Nasyrul Wafiy bin Haji Mahdini, Timbalan Pegawai Turus Gerakan Agama, Jabatanarah Agama ABDB (JAMA’AT),  diikuti dengan ucapan alu-aluan daripada Kepten Khairil bin Haji Abdul Rahman, TLDB, Timbalan Pemerintah Tentera Laut Diraja Brunei (TLDB) selaku Pengerusi Tertinggi Sambutan Hari Ulang Tahun ABDB Ke-64. 

Seterusnya, Pengerusi Tertinggi dengan sukacitanya telah menyerahkan sebanyak 300 keping poster terbitan Unit Perhubungan Awam, Kementerian Pertahanan kepada para wakil Kementerian-Kementerian dan Jabatan-Jabatan Kerajaan, Kementerian Pertahanan dan Unit-Unit ABDB.

Bertemakan ‘Bersama Bersatu Mencapai Cita Negara’, penyerahan poster-poster ini bertujuan untuk  memperluaskan pemberigaan kepada orang ramai mengenai Sambutan Ulang Tahun ABDB Ke-64, khususnya bagi memaklumkan mengenai acara  kemuncak sambutan yang akan berlangsung pada 31 Mei 2025 di Pangkalan Muara TLDB. ​
