BOLKIAH GARRISON, Thursday 22 February 2018 – Thanksgiving prayers were held this evening with mass Maghrib and Isyak prayers at the Surau Ad-Difa’ Ministry of Defence to mark Brunei Darussalam’s 34th National Day Celebration on 23 February 2018.
The ceremony started with the recitation of verses from the Al-Quran and Surah Yaasin as well as mass Maghrib, Sunat Hajat, Isyak and thanksgiving prayers led by the Imam of Surau Ad-Difa’, Awang Shuib bin Haji Abdullah.
Present at the ceremony as the Guest of Honour was Colonel Haji Abdul Hadi bin Haji Saim, Chief of Staff of the Royal Brunei Armed Forces (RBAF). Similar ceremonies were also simultaneously held in all surau in the RBAF Garrisons and Camps.
DOA KESYUKURAN SEMPENA SAMBUTAN ULANG TAHUN HARI KEBANGSAAN KE 34 TAHUN
BOLKIAH GARISON, Khamis, 22 Februari 2018 – Majlis Doa Kesyukuran telah diadakan pada petang ini di Surau Ad-Difa’ Kementerian Pertahanan bagi memberkati Sambutan Ulang Tahun Hari Kebangsaan Negara Brunei Darussalam yang ke-34.
Majlis bermula dengan bacaan Ayat-Ayat Suci Al-Quran dan Surah Yaasin serta solat fardhu Maghrib, Sunat Hajat, fardhu Isyak dan seterusnya doa kesyukuran yang dipimpin oleh Imam Surau Ad-Difa’, Awang Shuib bin Haji Abdullah.
Hadir di majlis tersebut selaku Tetamu Kehormat ialah Kolonel Haji Abd Hadi bin Haji Saim, Ketua Turus Angkatan Bersenjata Diraja Brunei (ABDB). Majlis-majlis seumpamanya juga dikendalikan di kesemua surau di Perkhemahan dan Garison ABDB.
