BELAIT, Friday 29 July 2016 – A Royal Brunei Land Force (RBLF) personnel, Private Azrin bin Azman recited his Islamic oath at his parent’s residence in Kg Sungai Liang, Belait District this afternoon.
Present at the ceremony as the guest of honour was Yang Dimuliakan Pehin Datu Pekerma Jaya Major General Dato Paduka Seri Mohd Tawih bin Abdullah, Commander of the Royal Brunei Armed Forces (RBAF).
Also present were the Commander of RBLF, Brigadier General Pg Dato Seri Pahlawan Aminan bin Pg Haji Mahmud, Penghulu Mukim and Ketua Kampung of Kampung Sungai Liang, senior officers from the RBAF, officers from the Belait District’s Islamic Dakwah Centre and families.
The recital of the Islamic oath by Soldadu Azrin bin Azman was lead by an officer from the Islamic Propagation Centre. The Dikir Marhaban, the sprinkling of bunga rampai and a gift presentation were completed by the guest of honour and other invited guests.
Today’s conversion ceremony is the fourth of such event held this year and the 102nd since the year 2006.
MAJLIS PENGISLAMAN SOLDADU AZRIN BIN AZMAN
BELAIT, Juma’at 29 Julai 2016 – Seorang anggota Tentera Darat Diraja Brunei (TDDB), Soldadu Azrin bin Azman telah melafazkan dua kalimah syahadah dan ikrar pengakuan pengislamannya hari ini di rumah kediaman ibu bapanya di Kg Sungai Liang, Daerah Belait pada petang tadi.
Hadir selaku tetamu kehormat di majlis tersebut ialah Yang Dimuliakan Pehin Datu Pekerma Jaya Mejar Jeneral Dato Paduka Seri Mohd Tawih bin Abdullah, Pemerintah Angkatan Bersenjata Diraja Brunei (ABDB).
Turut hadir di majlis tersebut ialah Pemerintah TDDB, Brigadier Jeneral Pg Dato Seri Pahlawan Aminan bin Pg Haji Mahmud, Penghulu Mukim dan Ketua Kampung Sungai Liang, Pegawai-pegawai kanan ABDB, Pegawai-pegawai dari Pusat Da’wah Islamiah Daerah Belait dan keluarga.
Lafaz syahadah dan ikrar pengislaman Soldadu Azrin bin Azman di langsungkan oleh Pegawai Pengislaman Pusat Da’wah Islamiah. Laungan Dikir Marhaban, taburan bunga rampai serta penyampaian cenderahati telah disempurnakan oleh Yang Dimuliakan Pemerintah ABDB dan para jemputan yang hadir.
Majlis Pengislaman kali ini merupakan kali ke-empat bagi tahun ini dan yang ke 102 sejak tahun 2006.
