BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN, Friday, 29 May 2020 - The Royal Brunei Armed Forces (RBAF) in cooperation with the Royal Brunei Police Force (RBPF) and Mosques, Suraus and Prayer Halls Takmir Committee members have come together to assist in ensuring the well-being of Fridays Prayers congregants.
The RBAF has provided manpower assistance to carry out access control to ensure the efficient conduct of the Friday prayers.
This is in support of the government’s decision to reopen 107 mosques, suraus and prayers halls in the country as announced by the Ministry of Religious Affair on the 25 Ramadhan 1441/18 May 2020 for the commencement of Friday prayers on the 6 Syawal 1441/ 29 May 2020 after 10 weeks of the temporary closure to curb the spread of COVID-19 pandemic outbreak.
ABDB BERI BANTUAN PENGAWALAN KESEJAHTERAAN JEMAAH SOLAT FARDHU JUMAAT
BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN, Jumaat, 29 Mei 2020 – Angkatan Bersenjata Diraja Brunei (ABDB) dengan kerjasama Pasukan Polis Diraja Brunei (PPDB) dan Ahli-ahli Jawatankuasa Takmir Masjid, surau-surau dan balai-balai ibadat dalam memberikan bantuan pengawalan bagi kesejahteraan Jemaah semasa menunaikan Solat Fardhu Jumaat.
ABDB telah memberikan bantuan tenaga kerja bagi pelaksanaan tugas pengawalan khusus untuk memastikan kelancaran semasa menunaikan Solat Fardhu Jumaat.
Ini adalah bagi menyokong keputusan kerajaan untuk membuka semula 107 masjid-masjid, surau-surau dan balai-balai ibadah di negara ini seperti yang telah diistiharkan oleh Kementerian Hal Ehwal Ugama pada 25 Ramadhan 1441 bersamaan 18 Mei 2020 mengenai dengan pembukaan kesemua tempat beribadah bagi Solat Fardhu Jumaat bermula 6 Syawal 1441 bersamaan 29 Mei 2020 setelah selama 10 minggu penutupan sementara bagi mencegah penularan Wabak COVID-19.
