TUTONG CAMP, Monday, 31 August 2020 – The Commander of Royal Brunei Armed Forces (RBAF), Major General Pengiran Dato Paduka Seri Aminan bin Pengiran Haji Mahmud made a farewell visit to the Royal Brunei Land Force (RBLF) today.
The Commander of RBAF was received by Brigadier General Haji Muhd Haszaimi bin Bol Hassan, Commander of RBLF at the Ar-Rizq Cook House, Tutong Camp. In attendance were Deputy Commander of RBLF, Chief of Staff of RBLF, senior officers, officers, Land Force Sergeant Major and other RBLF personnel.
The ceremony commenced with the recitation of Surah Al-Fatihah led by Commander Haji Ainolnizam bin Haji Ibrahim, RBN, Head of RBAF Religious Department (JAMA’AT).
The ceremony continued with a speech delivered by the Commander of RBLF where he recalled Commander of RBAF’s notable contributions towards RBLF’s capability enhancements during his tenure as the Commander of RBLF from 2014 until 2018. These include enhancement on RBLF structure particularly on RBLF Headquarters and involvement in project Julangan Titah for the reconstruction of Kampong Melilas Long House.
The Commander of RBAF also had the opportunity to deliver his farewell speech where he emphasised the importance for all RBLF personnel to practice SEPADU 2020/2021 directives, maintain high level of discipline, standard and quality leadership. This was followed by a video clip presentation to reminisce the Commander of RBAF career in the armed forces.
The Commander of RBAF was then presented with mementos from the RBLF officers and personnel as a token of appreciation and to commemorate his tenure as Commander of RBAF. This was followed by a closing doa, signing of parchment, a tree planting and a group photo session to conclude the ceremony.
KUNJUNGAN PERPISAHAN PEMERINTAH ABDB KE TENTERA DARAT DIRAJA BRUNEI
PERKHEMAHAN TUTONG, Isnin, 31 Ogos 2020 – Pemerintah Angkatan Bersenjata Diraja Brunei (ABDB), Mejar Jeneral Pengiran Dato Paduka Seri Aminan bin Pengiran Haji Mahmud telah membuat kunjungan perpisahan ke Tentera Darat Diraja Brunei (TDDB) hari ini.
Beliau telah disambut oleh Brigedier Jeneral Haji Muhd Haszaimi bin Bol Hassan, Pemerintah TDDB di Rumah Masak Ar-Rizq, Perkhemahan Tutong. Turut hadir ialah Timbalan Pemerintah TDDB, Ketua Staf TDDB, Pegawai-pegawai Kanan, pegawai-pegawai, Sarjan Mejar Tentera Darat dan anggota-anggota TDDB.
Majlis dimulakan dengan bacaan Surah Al-Fatihah yang dipimpin oleh Komander Haji Ainolnizam bin Haji Ibrahim, TLDB, Ketua Jabatan Agama ABDB (JAMA’AT).
Majlis diteruskan dengan ucapan daripada Pemerintah TDDB dimana beliau mengimbas kembali sumbangan Pemerintah ABDB ke arah peningkatan keupayaan TDDB semasa berkhidmat selaku Pemerintah TDDB dari tahun 2014 hingga 2018. Ini termasuk mempertingkatkan struktur organisasi TDDB khususnya Markas TDDB, dan penglibatan TDDB dalam Projek Julangan Titah membangun semula Rumah Panjang Kampong Melilas.
Pemerintah ABDB juga berkesempatan untuk menyampaikan ucapan perpisahan di mana beliau menekankan kepentingan bagi seluruh anggota TDDB untuk menghayati dan mengamalkan arahan SEPADU 2020/2021, mengekalkan tahap disiplin dan standard yang tinggi serta daya kepimpinan yang berkualiti. Ini diikuti dengan tayangan video khas bagi mengenang kembali detik kerjaya Pemerintah ABDB.
Pemerintah ABDB juga telah dipersembahkan dengan cenderahati kenangan daripada pegawai-pegawai dan anggota-anggota TDDB sebagai tanda ingatan dan penghargaan atas sumbangan dan kepimpinan beliau. Ini diikuti dengan bacaan doa penutup, penandatanganan lembaran kenangan, penanaman pokok dan sesi bergambar ramai.
