RIMBA, Monday 26 May 2014 – The Royal Brunei Armed Forces (RBAF) launched the RBAF 53rd Anniversary poster by a hand-over ceremony this afternoon at the Royal Brunei Air Force Headquarters at the Rimba Air Force Base.
A total of 2000 posters were published through the cooperation of Information Department and Printing Department of the Prime Minister’s Office with the Public Relations Unit, Ministry of Defence.
The ceremony began with the recital of Surah Al-Fatihah followed by an opening remark by the guest of honour Colonel (U) Haji Hamzah bin Sahat, the Deputy Chairman of the RBAF 53rd Anniversary Celebration.
The anniversary posters were then presented by the Special Guest, Acting Director of the Information Department, Prime Minister’s Office, Awang Mawardi bin Haji Mohammad to the Deputy Chairman for the RBAF 53rd Anniversary Celebration, Colonel (U) Haji Hamzah bin Sahat.
This was followed by the presentation of posters to the Public Relations Officers and representatives from all Government Ministries and Departments, including representatives from units under the RBAF by the Deputy Chairman for the RBAF 53rd Anniversary Celebration.
The circulation of the RBAF 53rd Anniversary Celebration posters serves to inform the general public of the RBAF 53rd Anniversary celebration where the highlight of the event is the Grand Parade that will take place at the Royal Brunei Air Force Base in Rimba on 31st May 2014.
The theme for this year’s RBAF 53rd Anniversary celebration is ‘RBAF Generation with a Vision’.
PENGAGIHAN POSTER SAMBUTAN HARI ULANG TAHUN ABDB KE-53
RIMBA, Isnin 26 Mei 2014 –
Angkatan Bersenjata Diraja Brunei (ABDB) hari ini melancarkan dan
menyerahkan poster sempena Sambutan Hari Ulang Tahun ABDB Ke-53. Majlis
telah berlangsung di Markas Tentera Udara Diraja Brunei (TUDB),
Pangkalan Tentera Udara Rimba petang ini.
Sebanyak
2000 keping poster telah diterbitkan melalui kerjasama Jabatan
Penerangan dan Jabatan Percetakan, Jabatan Perdana Menteri dengan Unit
Perhubungan Awam, Kementerian Pertahanan.
Majlis
dimulakan dengan bacaan Surah Al-Fatihah dan diikuti oleh kata-kata
aluan oleh Tetamu Kehormat Majlis selaku Timbalan Pengerusi Sambutan
Hari Ulang Tahun ABDB ke-53, Kolonel (U) Haji Hamzah bin Sahat.
Poster-poster
kemudiannya diserahkan oleh Tetamu Khas, Pemangku Pengarah Penerangan,
Awang Mawardi bin Haji Mohammad kepada Timbalan Pengerusi Sambutan Hari
Ulang Tahun ABDB ke-53, Kolonel (U) Haji Hamzah bin Sahat.
Ini
diikuti dengan penyerahan poster-poster kepada Pegawai-Pegawai
Perhubungan Awam serta wakil-wakil dari Kementerian-Kementerian dan
Jabatan-Jabatan Kerajaan, termasuk wakil-wakil dari unit-unit Angkatan
Tentera oleh Timbalan Pengerusi Sambutan Hari Ulang Tahun ABDB ke-53.
Pemberigaan
poster-poster ini bertujuan untuk memaklumkan kepada orang ramai
mengenai Sambutan Hari Ulang Tahun ABDB ke-53 akan diraikan di Pangkalan
Tentera Udara Diraja Brunei, Rimba pada 31 Mei 2014.
Tema bagi Sambutan Hari Ulang Tahun ABDB ke-53 bagi tahun ini ialah `Generasi ABDB Berwawasan’.
