TUTONG DISTRICT, Wednesday, 22 July 2026 – In conjunction with His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu’izzaddin Waddaulah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar ‘Ali Saifuddien Sa’adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam’s 80th Birthday celebrations, the Ministry of Defence together with the citizens and residents of Tutong District gathered joyously to greet the presence of His Majesty and members of the Royal Family at the Tutong District Get-Together Ceremony, held at the Civic Centre Complex Field, Tutong District.
Upon the arrival of His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam and members of the Royal Family, the ceremony commenced with the singing of the National Anthem, “Allah Peliharakan Sultan” by the citizens and residents of the Tutong District, followed by a special performance themed ‘Raja Bijaksana Inspirasi Rakyat’.
His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam and members of the Royal Family then graciously received greetings from the performers of the special performance as well as the citizens and residents of Tutong District.
The presence of His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam and the Royal Family were greeted by officers and personnel of the Second Batallion Royal Brunei Land Forces (2Bn RBLF), Training Institute Royal Brunei Armed Forces, The School of Infantry RBLF and the Veterans Association of the Royal Brunei Armed Forces (PERWIRA).

TUTONG, Rabu, 22 Julai 2026 – Bersempena Sambutan Ulang Tahun Keputeraan Kebawah Duli Yang Maha Mulia Paduka Seri Baginda Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu’izzaddin Waddaulah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar ‘Ali Saifuddien Sa’adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan dan Yang Di-Pertuan Negara Brunei Darussalam Ke-80, Kementerian Pertahanan bersama rakyat serta penduduk Daerah Tutong telah berpeluang bersama-sama berkumpul dengan meriahnya untuk menjunjung keberangkatan Baginda dan ahli-ahli Kerabat Diraja bagi Majlis Ramah Mesra Daerah Tutong di Padang Kompleks Dewan Kemasyarakatan, Daerah Tutong.
Sejurus keberangkatan tiba Kebawah Duli Yang Maha Mulia Paduka Seri Baginda Sultan dan Yang Di-Pertuan Negara Brunei Darussalam dan ahli-ahli Kerabat Diraja, majlis dimulakan dengan nyanyian Lagu Kebangsaan “Allah Peliharakan Sultan” oleh rakyat dan penduduk Daerah Tutong, diikuti dengan persembahan khas yang bertemakan ‘Raja Bijaksana Inspirasi Rakyat’.
Kebawah Duli Yang Maha Mulia Paduka Seri Baginda Sultan dan Yang Di-Pertuan Negara Brunei Darussalam dan ahli-ahli Kerabat Diraja seterusnya berkenan menerima junjung ziarah daripada para peserta persembahan khas, rakyat dan penduduk Daerah Tutong.
Keberangkatan Kebawah Duli Yang Maha Mulia Paduka Seri Baginda Sultan dan Yang Di-Pertuan Negara Brunei Darussalam dan ahli-ahli Kerabat Diraja telah dijunjung oleh pegawai-pegawai dan anggota Batalion Kedua Tentera Darat Diraja Brunei (2Bn TDDB), Institut Latihan Angkatan Bersenjata Diraja Brunei, Sekolah Infantri TDDB dan Persatuan Veteran Angkatan Bersenjata Diraja Brunei (PERWIRA).
