BOLKIAH GARRISON, Thursday 14 April 2016 – Yang Dimuliakan Pehin Datu Pekerma Jaya Major General Dato Paduka Seri Mohd Tawih bin Abdullah, Commander Royal Brunei Armed Forces (RBAF) received an introductory call from His Excellency Lim Hong Huai, High Commissioner of the Republic of Singapore.
During the call, Commander RBAF congratulated the High Commissioner on new appoinment, and both sides affirmed the special and unique bilateral defence relation and personal friendship between Brunei Darussalam and the Republic of Singapore built on mutual trust and cooperation. Commander RBAF and His Excellency also discussed about exploring more areas of military cooperation between RBAF and the Singapore Armed Forces.
The High Commissioner of the Republic of Singapore presented his letter of precedence to His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam on 23 March 2016.
