BOLKIAH GARISSON, Wednesday 1 May 2013 – In celebrating the Royal Brunei Armed Forces (RBAF) 52nd Anniversary this year, 2100 copies of posters have been published for this year’s celebration. The handing over ceremony of these posters was held this morning at the Officers’ Mess in Bolkiah Garrison.
The ceremony began with the recital of surah Al-Fatihah followed by an opening remark by the guest of honour Colonel Pengiran Haji Maidin bin Pengiran Haji Said, the Chairman of the RBAF 52nd Anniversary Celebration.
The anniversary posters were then presented by the Chairman for the RBAF 52nd Anniversary Celebration to the Special Guest, the Acting Director of the Information Department, Prime Minister’s Office, Awang Mawardi bin Haji Mohammad. This was followed by the presentation of posters to the Public Relations Officers and representatives from all Government Ministries and Departments, including representatives from units under the RBAF as well as directorates under the Ministry of Defence.
The circulation of the RBAF 52nd Anniversary Celebration posters serves to inform and create greater awareness amongst the general public on the upcoming RBAF 52nd Anniversary celebration that will take place at Bolkiah Garrison on 1st June 2013.
The theme for this year’s RBAF 52nd Anniversary celebration is ‘Defending My Country Brunei Darussalam’.
MAJLIS PENYERAHAN POSTER SAMBUTAN HARI ULANG TAHUN ABDB KE-52
BOLKIAH GARISON, Rabu 1 Mei 2013
– Dalam meraikan Sambutan Hari Ulang Tahun Angkatan Bersenjata Diraja
Brunei (ABDB) ke-52 pada tahun ini, sebanyak 2100 keping poster telah
dicetak bagi sambutan tahun ini. Majlis penyerahan poster telah
berlangsung pada di Mes Pegawai Bolkiah Garisen.
Majlis
dimulakan dengan bacaan surah Al-Fatihah dan diikuti oleh kata-kata
aluan oleh Tetamu Kehormat Majlis, Pengerusi Sambutan Hari Ulang Tahun
ABDB ke-52, Kolonel Pengiran Haji Maidin bin Pengiran Haji Said.
Poster-poster
hari ulang tahun berkenaan kemudiannya diserahkan oleh Pengerusi
Sambutan Hari Ulang Tahun ABDB ke-52 kepada Tetamu Khas, Pemangku
Pengarah Penerangan. Ini diikuti dengan penyerahan poster-poster kepada
Pegawai-Pegawai Perhubungan Awam serta wakil-wakil dari
Kementerian-Kementerian dan Jabatan-Jabatan Kerajaan, termasuk
wakil-wakil dari unit-unit Angkatan Tentera dan juga
Jabatanarah-Jabatanarah dibawah Kementerian Pertahanan.
Pemberigaan
poster-poster ini bertujuan untuk memberi makluman dan kesedaran kepada
orang ramai mengenai Sambutan Hari Ulang Tahun ABDB ke-52 yang akan
diraikan di Bolkiah Garison pada 1 Jun 2013.
Tema bagi Sambutan Hari Ulang Tahun ABDB ke-52 bagi tahun ini ialah `Mempertahankan Negaraku Brunei Darussalam’.
