BOLKIAH GARRISON, Friday, 3 May 2019 – The Foundation Laying Ceremony for a New Royal Brunei Armed Forces’ (RBAF) Recruitment Office was held at the project site at Bolkiah Garrison this morning.
The ceremony was officiated by the guest of honour, Major General Pengiran Dato Paduka Seri Aminan bin Pengiran Haji Mahmud, Commander of the RBAF. Also in attendance were the Acting Permanent Secretary, Service Commanders, Acting Deputy Permanent Secretary, Military Directors of the Ministry of Defence, the Director of Development and Work Services, as well as officers and staff from the Directorate of Personnel and the Directorate of Development and Work Services.
The foundation laying was followed by a recitation of ‘doa selamat’ by Commander Haji Ainolnizam bin Haji Ibrahim, RBN, Head of the RBAF Religious Department, and a briefing regarding the new project.
With a total floor area of 230m² inclusive of a lobby, registration area, meeting room, checkup room, filing room and café, the building is to be situated near the Band Building in Bolkiah Garrison.
The construction of the New Recruitment Office commenced on the 15th April 2019 under LSL Sdn. Bhd. with consultation by Petar Perunding Sdn. Bhd. and architectural services provided by KHA Architect. The project is expected to be completed in June 2019.
MAJLIS PERLETAKAN BATU ASAS PEJABAT PENGAMBILAN ABDB BARU, BOLKIAH GARRISON
BOLKIAH GARRISON, Jumaat, 3 Mei 2019 – Majlis Perletakan Batu Asas Pejabat Pengambilan Baru telah diadakan di tapak projek pagi tadi.
Majlis dirasmikan oleh tetamu kehormat, Mejar Jeneral Pengiran Dato Paduka Seri Aminan bin Pengiran Haji Mahmud, Pemerintah Angkatan Bersenjata Diraja Brunei. Turut hadir ialah Pemangku Setiausaha Tetap, Pemerintah-Pemerintah Angkatan Tentera, Pemangku Timbalan Setiausaha Tetap, Pengarah-Pengarah Tentera Kementerian Pertahanan, Pengarah Pembangunan dan Perkhidmatan Kerja, serta pegawai dan kakitangan Jabatanarah Keanggotaan dan Jabatanarah Pembangunan dan Perkhidmatan Kerja.
Upacara perletakan batu asas diikuti oleh bacaan doa selamat oleh Komander Hj Ainolnizam bin Hj Ibrahim, TLDB, Ketua Jabatan Agama ABDB (JAMA’AT), dan taklimat mengenai projek tersebut.
Bangunan Pejabat Pengambilan Baru akan mempunyai jumlah ruang lantai sebanyak 230m2 yang mengandungi lobi, ruang pendaftaran, bilik mesyuarat, bilik pemeriksaan, bilik filing dan kafe. Bangunan tersebut terletak berdekatan dengan Bangunan Pancaragam di Bolkiah Garrison.
Pembinaan Bangunan Pejabat Pengambilan Baru dimulakan pada 15 April 2019 oleh LSL Sdn. Bhd. dengan perkhidmatan konsultan dari Petar Perunding Sdn. Bhd. dan perkhidmatan arkitek oleh KHA Architect. Projek dijangka siap pada bulan Jun 2019.
