BOLKIAH GARRISON,
Thursday, 20 February 2020 – The closing ceremony for Islamic Leadership Course conducted by the Religious Department of the Royal Brunei Armed Forces (JAMA’AT) was held at the Lecture Hall, Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Institute of Defence and Strategic Studies, Bolkiah Garrison.
Present as the Guest of Honour was Lieutenant Colonel Erwan bin Haji Ibrahim, Staff Officer Grade 1 (Land), Directorate of Force Capability Development. Also present at the event were officers from other uniformed agencies.
The ceremony commenced with the recitation of Surah Al-Mu’minuun by Private Mohd Mu’izz bin Mustafa and followed by the handing of certificates to the course participants by the Guest of Honour.
The course was organized by JAMA’AT and saw participants from other uniformed agencies namely the Royal Brunei Armed Forces, Gurkha Reserved Unit, Department of Internal Security, Fire and Rescue Department and Royal Customs and Excise Department.
MAJLIS PENUTUP KURSUS KEPIMPINAN ISLAM
Bolkiah Garison, Khamis, 20 Februari 2020 – Majlis Penutup Kursus Kepimpinan Islam Bagi Pasukan Beruniform anjuran Jabatan Agama Angkatan Bersenjata Diraja Brunei (JAMA’AT) telah diadakan di Dewan Kuliah, Institut Pengajian Pertahanan dan Strategik Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah, Bolkiah Garison.
Tetamu kehormat ialah Leftenan Kolonel Erwan bin Haji Ibrahim, Pegawai Turus (Darat) Jabatanarah Perkembangan Keupayaan Tentera, Kementerian Pertahanan. Turut hadir ialah pegawai-pegawai daripada agensi beruniform lain.
Majlis dimulakan dengan bacaan Surah Al-Mu’minuun oleh Soldadu Mohd Mu’izz bin Mustafa dan penyampaian sijil penyertaan kepada para peserta kursus.
Kursus yang dianjurkan oleh JAMA’AT ini melibatkan pasukan-pasukan beruniform daripada agensi luar iaitu Angkatan Bersenjata Diraja Brunei, Pasukan Simpanan Gurkha, Jabatan Keselamatan Dalam Negeri, Jabatan Bomba dan Penyelamat dan Jabatan Kastam dan Eksais Diraja.
