BOLKIAH GARRISON, Tuesday 15 December 2015 – The Acting Minister of Defence, First Admiral (Rtd) Dato Seri Pahlawan Abdul Aziz bin Haji Mohd Tamit received a courtesy call at the Ministry of Defence from Commodore Bilal Abdul Nasir SI (M), Commander 25th Destroyer Squadron (COMDESRON-25), Pakistan Navy.
During the courtesy call, both sides expressed satisfaction on the cordial and active bilateral relations shared by Brunei Darussalam and the Islamic Republic of Pakistan including that of defence which is enhanced by regular exchange of visits, trainings and courses, regional military exercises, international defence exhibitions, and naval ship visits.
Accompanying Commodore Bilal Abdul Nasir SI (M) was Captain Rizwan Ali Munawar, Commanding Officer of the Pakistani Naval Ship NASR and Captain Syed Rizwan Khalid, Commanding Officer of the Pakistani Naval ship SHAMSHEER. Both ships are currently on a visit to Brunei Darussalam.
