BOLKIAH GARRISON, Monday 27 May 2013 – A Khatam Al-Quran event organised by Royal Brunei Armed Forces female officers took place at the Ministry of Defence Surau, Bolkiah Garrison.
Present as the guest of honour at the ceremony was Major Hjh Asnah binti Haji Matamit, Staff Officer Finance, Directorate of Administration, Ministry of Defence. The ceremony was attended by senior officers, officers and other members of the RBAF.
The event began with the maghrib and sunat hajat prayers, followed by the recitation of the Al-Quran, Dikir Marhaban and tahlil. Distribution of bunga ramapi to the participants was completed by the guest of honour. The event was concluded by Isya prayer.
ASKAR WANITA ADAKAN MAJLIS KHATAM AL-QURAN
BOLKIAH GARISON, Isnin 27 Mei 2013 – Majlis Khatam
Al-Quran bagi Askar Wanita Peringkat Angkatan Bersenjata Diraja Brunei
telah berlangsung di Surau Kementerian Pertahanan, Bolkiah Garison.
Hadir selaku tetamu kehormat ialah Mejar Hjh Asnah binti Haji
Matamit, Pegawai Turus Kewangan, Pejabat Kewangan, Jabatanarah
Keanggotaan, Kementerian Pertahanan.Turut hadir pada majlis ialah
Pegawai-Pegawai Kanan, Pegawai-Pegawai, PTB-PTB Kanan dan Rendah Askar
Wanita daripada semua unit ABDB.
Majlis dimulakan dengan sembahyang fardhu maghrib dan sembahyang
sunat hajat berjemaah. Acara Khatam Al-quran dimulakan dengan bacaan
surah- surah lazim beramai-ramai dan selanjutnya diiringi dengan bacaan
takhtim dan Doa Khatam. Acara menabur bunga rampai kepada
peserta-peserta Khatam Al-Quran di sempurnakan oleh tetamu kehormat.
Majlis diakhiri dengan Sembahyang Fardhu Isya’ berjemaah.
