BOLKIAH GARRISON, Wednesday 24 April 2013 – The closing ceremony of the Army Safety Management Course 2013, was conducted at the Lecture Theatre, Performance Optimisation Centre, Bolkiah Garrison.The guest of honour was Lt Kol Abdul Ghani bin Haji Abdullah, Head of Inspectorate Unit, Royal Brunei Armed Forces (RBAF). The ceremony began with the recital of the Surah Al-Fatihah followed by a speech from the guest of honour and certificate presentation to the course participants.
The Army Safety Management Course, was conducted for 3 days starting from the 22nd April 2013 till the 24th April 2013 and was attended by 17 course participants from different units and directorates in the RBAF. The course was conducted by Lt Col Razale bin Nordin of Army Safety Inspectorate, Singapore Armed Forces.
The objective of the course was to increase the knowledge of the course participants in terms of health and safety aspect during military operations, that is conducted routinely or during exercises. The course also assist the participants to prepare themselves for the health and safety operations of the ADMM-PLUS and HADR Exercise, which will be conducted in June 2013. Some of the subjects that were covered during the course were Safe Management System, Risk Assessment checklist and Risk Management Process.
A token of appreciation was also presented to Lt Col Razale bin Nordin by the guest of honour on the behalf of the course participants.
MAJLIS PENUTUP KURSUS ARMY SAFETY MANAGEMENT
BOLKIAH GARISON, Rabu 24 April 2013–
Majlis penutup bagi kursus ARMY SAFETY MANAGEMENT Siri 2013 Angkatan
Bersenjata Diraja Brunei (ABDB) telah berlangsung di Dewan Kuliah, Pusat
Optima Kecergasan Tentera, Bolkiah Garison.
Tetamu
Kehormat bagi majlis tersebut ialah Lt Kol Abdul Ghani bin Haji
Abdullah, Ketua Unit Inspektorat Angkatan bersenjata Diraja Brunei.
Turut hadir pada majlis tersebut adalah Pegawai-pegawai, PTB-PTB kanan
dan PTB-PTB rendah dari unit Angkatan Tentera dan Jabatanarah di
Kementerian Pertahanan.
Kursus
Army Safety Management telah diadakan selama 3 hari, bermula pada 22
april 2013 hingga 24 April 2013 dan telah dihadiri oleh 17 orang peserta
kursus daripada unit-unit di dalam ABDB dan Kementerian Pertahanan.
Kursus ini telah dikendalikan oleh Lt Kol Razale bin Nordin dari
Angkatan Bersenjata Republik Singapura.
Objektif
kursus adalah untuk memberikan ilmu dan pengetahuan di dalam aspek
Kesihatan, Keselamatan di dalam Kerja (KKK) khusus terhadap keselamatan
sewaktu menjalankan operasi ketenteraan samaada latihan mahupun eksais.
Ianya juga untuk membekalkan kepada para pserta kursus ke arah persiapan
ADMM-PLUS dan EKSESAIS HADR yang akan berlangsung pada bulan Jun 2013
ini. Diantara mata pelajaran yang telah di pelajari di dalam kursus itu
adalah Safe Management System, tatacara membuat Risk Assessment dan Risk
Management Process.
Penyampaian
sijil telah disempurnakan oleh Tetamu Kehormat dan cenderahati kenangan
juga diberikan kepada Lt Kol Razale bin Nordin sebagai tanda terima
kasih daripada peserta-peserta kursus.
