PENANJONG GARRISON, Sunday 18 Feb 2013 – In conjunction with the Passing Out Parade of the Male Recurits of Intake 147, a Khatam Al-Quran was held at Penanjong Garisson Surau. Theevent was filled with a mass reading of the Al-Quran, Dikir Marhaban and to end the ceremony with the Asar Prayer.
Present as the guest of honor at the ceremony was Major General Dato Paduka Seri Haji Aminuddin Ehsan bin Pehin Orang Kaya Saiful Mulok Dato Seri Paduka Haji Abidin, RBAF Commander. The ceremony starts with the reciding of the Surah Al-Fatihah which was lead by the RBAF Commander himself.
The ceremony was also attended by the parents of the recruits, Senior Officers, the Officers and staff of the Training Institute RBAF. The Passing Out Parade for the Intake will be on 1 Mac 2013.
