BOLKIAH GARISON, Wednesday 15 December 2015 – Yang Dimuliakan Pehin Datu Pekerma Jaya Major General Dato Paduka Seri Mohd Tawih bin Abdullah, Commander Royal Brunei Armed Forces (RBAF) received separate introductory calls from the recently appointed Military, Naval & Air Attaché of the Russian Federation accredited to Brunei Darussalam, Colonel Alexey V. Ignashov, and the recently appointed Defence Adviser of Nigeria to Malaysia, accredited to Brunei Darussalam, Group Captain Shehu Usman Bakari.
Both introductory calls aimed as a personal introduction to Commander RBAF and discuss ways to further enhance the bilateral defence relations and explore areas of military cooperation between Brunei Darussalam and the Russian Federation, as well as Brunei Darussalam and Nigeria, respectively.
