REPUBLIC OF SINGAPORE, Tuesday 8 September 2015 – The Commander of Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF), Brigadier General (U) Dato Seri Pahlawan Haji Wardi bin Haji Abdul Latip and his delegations had made a three-day farewell visit to Singapore from the 7 to 9 September 2015.

During his Farewell Visit, the Commander of RBAirF received the General Salute and inspected the Guard of Honour at the Republic of Singapore’s Ministry of Defence.

Later that morning, the Commander of RBAirF had made courtesy calls with Major General Hoo Cher Mou, Chief of Air Force of the Republic of Singapore Air Force (RSAF); Major General Perry Lim, Chief of Defense of Singapore Armed Forces (SAF); and concluded with a call to Mr Lui Tuck Yew, the Second Minister for Defence, Republic of Singapore.

Throughout the visit, the Commander of RBAirF and his wife attended an official dinner hosted by the Chief of Air Force of RSAF. During the dinner, the Commander of RBAirF took the opportunity to convey his sincere appreciation on the outstanding relationship between the RBAirF and RSAF throughout the years and pray that both countries will continue to thrive for many years to come.
