BOLKIAH GARRISON, Thursday 14 May 2015 – In celebrating the Royal Brunei Armed Forces (RBAF) 54th Anniversary this year, 2000 copies of posters were published by the Information Department, Prime Minister’s Office with the cooperation of Public Relations Unit, Ministry of Defence.
The handing over ceremony of these posters was held this afternoon at the Concert Wira Seni Hall, RBAF Band building at Bolkiah Garrison.
The ceremony began with the recital of surah al-fatihah followed by an opening remark by the Chairman of the RBAF 54th Anniversary Celebration, Lt Colonel Haji Hasmee bin Haji Abdul Wahab.
The anniversary posters were then presented by the Acting Director of the Information Department, Prime Minister’s Office, Awang Mawardi bin Haji Mohammad to the Chairman of the RBAF 54th Anniversary celebration.
This was followed by the presentation of posters to the Public Relations Officers and representatives from all Government Ministries and Departments, and representatives from units under the RBAF by the Chairman of the RBAF 54th Anniversary Celebration.
The distribution of the posters serve to create awareness amongst the general public on RBAF 54th Anniversary celebration that will take place at the Training Institute RBAF, Penanjong Garrison on 31st May 2015.
The theme for this year’s RBAF 54th Anniversary celebration is ‘RBAF Generation with a Vision’.
PENGAGIHAN POSTER SAMBUTAN HARI ULANG TAHUN ABDB KE-54
BOLKIAH GARISON, Khamis 14 Mei 2015 – Angkatan Bersenjata Diraja Brunei (ABDB) hari ini menyerahkan poster sempena Sambutan Hari Ulang Tahun ABDB Ke-54. Sebanyak 2000 keping poster telah diterbitkan oleh Jabatan Penerangan, Jabatan Perdana Menteri melalui kerjasama dengan Unit Perhubungan Awam, Kementerian Pertahanan.
Majlis penyerahan poster berlangsung di Dewan Konsert Wira Seni, Bangunan Pencaragam ABDB, Bolkiah Garison petang ini.
Majlis dimulakan dengan bacaan Surah Al-Fatihah dan diikuti dengan kata-kata aluan oleh Pengerusi Sambutan Hari Ulang Tahun ABDB ke-54, Lt Kolonel Haji Hasmee bin Haji Abdul Wahab.
Poster hari ulang tahun ABDB kemudiannya diserahkan oleh Awang Mawardi bin Haji Mohammad, Pemangku Pengarah Penerangan kepada Pengerusi Sambutan Hari Ulang Tahun ABDB ke-54.
Ini diikuti dengan penyerahan poster ulang tahun ABDB oleh Pengerusi Sambutan Hari Ulang Tahun ABDB ke-54 kepada Pegawai-Pegawai Perhubungan Awam serta wakil-wakil dari Kementerian-Kementerian, Jabatan-Jabatan Kerajaan dan wakil dari unit-unit ABDB.
Pemberigaan poster-poster ini bertujuan untuk memaklumkan kepada orang ramai Sambutan Hari Ulang Tahun ABDB ke-54 akan disambut di Institut Latihan ABDB, Penanjong Garison pada 31 Mei 2015.
Tema bagi Sambutan Hari Ulang Tahun ABDB ke-54 bagi tahun ini ialah `Generasi ABDB Berwawasan’.
