BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN, Tuesday 4 November 2014 – The Chiefs Head of Defense spouses delegation continue their visit to the Bio Innovation Corridor (BIC) located at Kg Tungku Gadong as part of their programme while staying in the country.
The wife of the Acting Deputy Commander of Royal Brunei Armed Forces, Datin Hajah Masnunah binti Haji Ibrahim, led the spouses’ visit.
Prior to the visit, they had a group photo session at the park entrance and then visited the exhibition and displays by the Village Consultative Council followed by a visit to the Greenhouse.
The Bio Innovation Corridor previously known as Agro Technology Park is expected to develop an international renowned Halal-themed Industrial Park to diversify the country’s economy. It has also been made as a recreational area where people can do recreational activities such as cycling, walking and jogging.
