BERAKAS GARRISON, Tuesday 13 June 2017 – The Ministry of Defence through the Directorate of Administration and Manpower today conducted the final session of the New Performance Appraisal System roadshow at Dewan Pahlawan, Berakas Garrison.
The roadshow that began from 6 to 13 June 2017 at various Royal Brunei Armed Forces (RBAF) garrisons introduced on the new system that was designed by the Prime Ministers’ Office as a continuous effort to further improve the performance-based culture in the Civil Service. The roadshow was aimed to raise more awareness and better understanding on the new appraisal system, so it can be adopted effectively upon its implementation on 1 October 2017.
Present were senior officers, officers and staff as well as military supervisors at the Ministry of Defence and RBAF.
JERAYAWARA SISTEM PENGURUSAN PRESTASI BARU DALAM PERKHIDMATAN AWAM
BERAKAS GARISON, Selasa 13 June 2017 – Kementerian Pertahanan melalui Jabatanarah Pentadbiran dan Tenaga Manusia pada hari ini telah mengendalikan sesi terakhir Jerayawara Sistem Pengurusan Prestasi Baru di Dewan Pahlawan, Berakas Garison.
Jerayawara yang bermula dari 6 hingga 13 Jun 2017 di beberapa garison-garison Angkatan Bersenjata Diraja Brunei (ABDB) memberigakan sistem baru yang diperkenalkan oleh Jabatan Perdana Menteri yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan lagi prestasi penjawat awam. Jerayawara itu diharap akan dapat menambah pemahaman pegawai-pegawai dan kakitangan awam dengan sistem tersebut supaya ia akan dapat dilaksanakan dengan efektif apabila berkuatkuasa pada 1 Oktober 2017.
Hadir ialah pegawai-pegawai kanan, pegawai-pegawai dan kakitangan serta penyelia-penyelia tentera di Kementerian Pertahanan dan ABDB.
