BOLKIAH GARRISON, Tuesday 4 April 2017 – A parade event was held in conjunction with the 11th Anniversary of Royal Brunei Armed Forces (RBAF) Religious Department at the Dewan Gerak Badan, Bolkiah Garrison. Present during the event as the Guest of Honour was the Head of the RBAF Religious Department, Lieutenant Commander Haji Ainol Nizam bin Haji Ibrahim, RBN.
Also present during the ceremony was the personnel staff officer, adjutants of RBAF, sergeant majors of RBAF, senior ranks, lower ranks as well as civilian staff of the RBAF Religious Department.
The ceremony began with the recital of Surah Al-Fatihah, led by Civilian Religious Officer of the RBAF Religious Department, Ustaz Ak Hassanuddin bin Pg Haji Tejudin, and then followed by the greeting speech from the Head of RBAF Religious Department.
The RBAF Religious Department was established on 1 April 2006. Throughout its 11 years of establishment, various activities and other religious involvements have been done especially on spreading the teaching of Islam.
UPACARA PERBARISAN SEMPENA HARI ULANG TAHUN
JABATAN AGAMA ABDB KE-11
BOLKIAH GARISON, Selasa 4 April 2017 – Upacara Perbarisan Sempena Hari Ulang Tahun Jabatan Agama Angkatan Bersenjata Diraja Brunei (ABDB) yang ke-11 telah berlangsung di Dewan Gerak Badan, Bolkiah Garison. Hadir selaku tetamu kehormat di Upacara Perbarisan tersebut ialah Leftenan Komander Haji Ainol Nizam bin Haji Ibrahim, TLDB, Ketua Jabatan Agama ABDB.
Turut hadir di upacara tersebut ialah pegawai-pegawai turus, adjutan-adjutan Angkatan Tentera, sarjan mejar ABDB, serta PTB kanan dan rendah.
Upacara Perbarisan tersebut dimulakan dengan bacaan Surah Al-Fatihah yang dipimpin oleh Ustaz Ak Hassanuddin bin Pg Haji Tejudin, Guru Agama Awam di Jabatan Agama ABDB. Seterusnya diikuti dengan ucapan perutusan daripada Ketua Jabatan Agama ABDB.
Jabatan Agama ABDB telah ditubuhkan pada 1 April 2006. Di sepanjang 11 tahun penubuhannya, pelbagai aktiviti serta kegiatan agama telah dilaksanakan khususnya dalam penyebaran dakwah islamiah.
