BOLKIAH GARRISON, Thursday 15 December 2016 – The Acting Minister of Defence, First Admiral (Rtd) Dato Seri Pahlawan Abdul Aziz bin Haji Mohd Tamit today held a working visit to the project site of the new Medical Reception Station (MRS) at Bolkiah Garrison, which is under construction. The project began in June 2016. When complete, the MRS Bolkiah Site will house four buildings, the Medical Clinic; the Medical Headquarters; the Medical and DRASH Store; and the Hygiene Unit.
Also part of the working visit were the Commander of the Royal Brunei Armed Forces (RBAF) Yang Dimuliakan Pehin Datu Pekerma Jaya Major General Dato Paduka Seri Mohd Tawih bin Abdullah; the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Defence Captain (Rtd) Abd Rahman bin Begawan Mudim Dato Paduka Haji Bakar; and members of the Defence Executive Committee.
Prior to visiting the site, the Acting Minister of Defence and members of the Defence Executive Committee were given a briefing by the Acting Director of the Directorate of Development and Work Services (DDWS).
PEMANGKU MENTERI PERTAHANAN MEMBUAT LAWATAN KERJA KE TAPAK PROJEK MRS BOLKIAH
BOLKIAH GARISON, Khamis 15 December 2016 – Pemangku Menteri Pertahanan, Laksamana Pertama (B) Dato Seri Pahlawan Abdul Aziz bin Haji Mohd Tamit hari ini membuat lawatan kerja ke Medical Reception Station (MRS) Bolkiah Garison, yang sedang dalam pembinaan. Projek tersebut bermula pada bulan Jun 2016 dan setelah siap, MRS Bolkiah itu akan dilengkapi dengan empat buah bangunan, Medical Clinic; Medical Headquarters; Medical and Drash Store; dan Hygiene Unit.
Turut mengikuti lawatan tersebut ialah Pemerintah Angkatan Bersenjata Diraja Brunei (ABDB) Yang Dimuliakan Pehin Datu Pekerma Jaya Major General Dato Paduka Seri Mohd Tawih bin Abdullah; Setiausaha Tetap di Kementerian Pertahanan Kepten (B) Abd Rahman bin Begawan Mudim Dato Paduka Haji Bakar; dan ahli-ahli Jawatankuasa Eksekutif Pertahanan.
Sebelum lawatan tersebut, Pemangku Menteri Pertahanan dan ahli-ahli Jawatankuasa Eksekutif Pertahanan juga diberikan taklimat mengenai projek MRS Bolkiah tersebut oleh Pemangku Pengarah Pembangunan dan Perkhidmatan Kerja.
