RIMBA AIR FORCE BASE, Friday, 26 August 2016 – The Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF) celebrates its Golden Jubilee 50th Anniversary today at the Air Movement Centre, RBAirF Base.
Brigadier General (U) Dato Seri Pahlawan Shahril Anwar bin Haji Ma’awiah, the RBAirF Commander as the Guest of Honour was joined by 50 former Commanders of RBAirF, retired Sergeant Majors and senior officers of RBAirF whom had served and contributed to the establishment of RBAirF over the last 50 years.
The highlight of the Golden Jubilee celebration was the grand parade involving 157 personnel that comprised of 8 officers and 149 other ranks which was later followed by the RBAirF Commander’s speech. The close of the ceremony was marked by the recital of a Doa Selamat, cutting of the anniversary cake and interaction session with RBAirF personnel.
This year’s RBAirF Golden Jubilee 50th Anniversary carries the theme “RBAirF Generation with Vision”. The theme aspires to deliver future leaders with the right calibre to fulfill the vision and mission of the RBAirF.
TUDB SAMBUT JUBLI EMAS ULANG TAHUN KE – 50
RIMBA, Jumaat, 26 Ogos 2016 – Tentera Udara Diraja Brunei (TUDB) meraikan Sambutan Jubli Emas Ulang Tahun Ke – 50 hari ini di Pusat Gerakan Udara, Pangkalan Tentera Udara Rimba.
Brigadier Jeneral (U) Dato Seri Pahlawan Shahril Anwar bin Haji Ma’awiah, Pemerintah TUDB selaku tetamu kehormat telah disertai oleh 50 orang mantan-mantan Pemerintah-Pemerintah TUDB, Sarjan Mejar-Sarjan Mejar yang bersara dan pegawai-pegawai kanan TUDB yang telah berkhidmat dan menyumbang kepada penubuhan TUDB sejak 50 tahun lalu.
Acara kemuncak sambutan Jubli Emas itu ialah Upacara Perbarisan yang melibatkan 157 anggota terdiri daripada 8 orang pegawai dan 149 orang lain-lain peringkat, yang seterusnya diikuti dengan ucapan Pemerintah TUDB. Majlis disudahi dengan bacaan Doa Selamat, upacara memotong kek ulang tahun dan sesi beramah mesra bersama anggota-anggota TUDB.
Sambutan Jubli Emas Ulang Tahun TUDB Ke – 50 tahun ini membawakan tema “Generasi TUDB Berwawasan.” Aspirasi tema ini ialah untuk melahirkan pemimpin-pemimpin masa depan yang berkaliber untuk memenuhi visi dan misi TUDB.
