BOLKIAH GARRISON, Thursday 3 March 2016 – Yang Dimuliakan Pehin Datu Pekerma Jaya Major General Dato Paduka Seri Mohd Tawih bin Abdullah, Commander of Royal Brunei Armed Forces (RBAF) received a farewell call from His Excellency Jaya Ratnam, outgoing High Commissioner of the Republic of Singapore to Brunei Darussalam.
During the call, both sides affirmed the special bilateral defence relation and close cooperation between Brunei Darussalam and the Republic of Singapore. His Excellency Jaya Ratnam thanked RABF Commander for the personal friendship accorded, and expressed his satisfaction and deep appreciation for the good working relationship he had enjoyed with RBAF during his tenure in Brunei Darussalam. RBAF Commander also echoed His Excellency’s sentiments and wished His Excellency well in his future endeavors.
