BOLKIAH GARRISON, Friday, 1 March 2019 – The Ministry of Defence and Royal Brunei Armed Forces (RBAF) held its monthly “Kuliah Subuh” lecture today. For the month of March, the kuliah subuh was delivered by Ustaz Dr. Andas Haji Ismuhadi bin Haji Abdullah, from the Islamic Da’wah Centre, Ministry Of Religious Affairs. The kuliah subuh was held at Surau Ad-Difa’, Bolkiah Garrison.
Present at the event as guest of honour was Yang Berhormat Pehin Datu Lailaraja Major General (Retired) Dato Paduka Seri Haji Awang Halbi bin Haji Mohd. Yussof, Second Minister of Defence.
The ceremony began with the mass Subuh prayer, followed by the religious talk themed “Menjayakan Wawasan Negara” which is also the theme for the 35th National Day, in which the speaker highlighted the nation’s aspiration towards achieving the 2035 vision and how it can be achieved through Islamic approach and perspective.
The event was also attended by
First Admiral Pengiran Dato Seri Pahlawan Norazmi bin Pengiran Haji Muhammad, Acting Commander of RBAF, Permanent Secretaries of the Ministry of Defence, Deputy Permanent Secretaries, senior officers and officers and personnel from the Ministry of Defence and RBAF.
Similar events were also held throughout all RBAF suraus which were also delivered by invited speakers from various agencies and institutes.
KEMENTERIAN PERTAHANAN DAN ABDB MENGANJURKAN SESI KULIAH SUBUH BULAN MAC
BOLKIAH GARISON, Jumaat, 1 Mac 2019 - Kementerian Pertahanan dan Angkatan Bersenjata Diraja Brunei (ABDB) telah mengadakan sesi kuliah subuh bulanan di Surau Ad-Difa’, Bolkiah Garison.
Bagi bulan Mac, kuliah subuh telah disampaikan oleh Ustaz Dr. Andas Haji Ismuhadi bin Haji Abdullah, penceramah dari Pusat Da’wah Islamiah.
Hadir selaku tetamu kehormat ialah Yang Berhormat Pehin Datu Lailaraja Mejar Jeneral (Bersara) Dato Paduka Seri Haji Awang Halbi bin Haji Mohd. Yussof, Menteri Pertahanan Kedua.
Majlis dimulakan dengan sembahyang fardhu subuh berjemaah, diikuti dengan kuliah subuh dengan ceramah yang bertemakan “Menjayakan Wawasan Negara”, tema sambutan Hari Kebangsaan ke-35, di mana penceramah menyebutkan tentang aspirasi negara dalam menjayakan wawasan negara 2035 melalui pendekatan dan persepktif islamik.
Turut hadir ialah Laksamana Pertama Pengiran Dato Seri Pahlawan Norazmi bin Pengiran Haji Muhammad, Pemangku Pemerintah ABDB, Setiausaha-setiausaha Tetap Pertahanan, Timbalan Setiausaha-setiausaha Tetap, pegawai-pegawai kanan, serta pegawai-pegawai dan anggota-anggota Kementerian Pertahanan dan ABDB.
Sesi kuliah subuh juga disampaikan serentak di seluruh surau ABDB oleh penceramah-penceramah jemputan dari agensi dan institusi luar.
