TEMBURONG DISTRICT, Thursday, 27 July 2023 – In conjunction with His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu’izzaddin Waddaulah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar ‘Ali Saifuddien Sa’adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam’s 77th Birthday celebrations, the Ministry of Defence joined
together
with the citizens and residents of Temburong District for a joyous occasion in greeting His Majesty for a Get-Together at the Community Hall Complex, Bangar Town.
Upon the arrival of His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam, the celebration commenced with the
citizens and residents of the Temburong District
singing of the national anthem, “Allah Peliharakan Sultan“, followed by
a Special Performance
with the theme
‘Raja Untuk Rakyat dan Rakyat Untuk Raja’ by over 270 performers composed of school students, youth and uniform groups.
His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam and members of the Royal Family met with the performers of the Special Performance and then were invited to tour the prepared booths for a meet and greet session with the citizens and residents of Temburong district as well as TUNAS (BIBD), The Brunei Economic Development Board, Ministry of Defence, National Service Program alumni (PKBN), Neighborhood Watches, Village Mosques Takmir committees, private companies and NGOs from the district.
Upon arrival at the Ministry of Defence booth, His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam and the Royal Family were greeted by
Major Mohammad Za’im bin Haji Zainal Arifin, Officer in Command, Company E, First Battalion Royal Brunei Land Force (E Coy, 1Bn RBLF). Also present were officers and personnel of E Coy,1Bn RBLF.
His Majesty and the Royal Family were also greeted by the Veterans Association of the Royal Brunei Armed Forces Belait District Branch (PERWIRA).

TEMBURONG, Khamis, 27 Julai 2023 – Sempena dengan Sambutan Ulang Tahun Keputeraan Kebawah Duli Yang Maha Mulia Paduka Seri Baginda Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu’izzaddin Waddaulah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar ‘Ali Saifuddien Sa’adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan dan Yang Di-Pertuan Negara Brunei Darussalam Ke-77, Kementerian Pertahanan bersama rakyat serta penduduk Daerah Temburong telah bersama-sama berkumpul dengan meriahnya untuk menjunjung keberangkatan Baginda bagi Majlis Ramah Mesra di Kompleks Dewan Kemasyarakatan Pekan Bangar.
Sejurus ketibaan Kebawah Duli Yang Maha Mulia Paduka Seri Baginda Sultan dan Yang Di-Pertuan Negara Brunei Darussalam, perayaan tersebut dimulakan dengan nyanyian Lagu Kebangsaan “Allah Peliharakan Sultan” oleh rakyat serta penduduk Daerah Temburong dan seterusnya diikuti dengan Persembahan Khas yang bertemakan
‘Raja Untuk Rakyat dan Rakyat Untuk Raja’ oleh lebih 270 orang murid sekolah, kumpulan belia dan pasukan beruniform.
Kebawah Duli Yang Maha Mulia Paduka Seri Baginda Sultan dan Yang Di-Pertuan Negara Brunei Darussalam dan ahli-ahli Kerabat Diraja seterusnya berangkat menerima junjung ziarah daripada peserta persembahan khas dan juga rakyat dan penduduk daerah Temburong termasuk daripada
TUNAS (Bank Islam Brunei Darussalam), Lembaga Kemajuan Ekonomi Brunei, Kementerian Pertahanan, Alumni Program Khidmat Bakti Negara (PKBN), Pengawasan Kejiranan, Ahli-ahli Jawatankuasa Takmir Masjid,
NGOs di daerah berkenaan dan syarikat-syarikat swasta di khemah-khemah yang tersedia.
Keberangkatan Kebawah Duli Yang Maha Mulia
Paduka Seri Baginda Sultan dan Yang Di-Pertuan Negara Brunei Darussalam dan ahli-ahli Kerabat Diraja ke khemah Kementerian Pertahanan telah disambut mesra oleh Mejar Mohammad Za’im bin Haji Zainal Arifin, Pegawai Memerintah Kompeni E, Batalion Pertama Tentera Darat Diraja Brunei (Komp E, 1Bn TDDB). Turut hadir adalah pegawai-pegawai dan anggota Komp E, 1Bn TDDB.
