BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN, Tuesday, 3 March 2020 – The 12th Brunei International Skill-At-Arms Meet (12th BISAM) Technical Meeting was held today at The Rizqun International Hotel, Gadong. It was officiated by Captain Pengiran Mohamad bin Pengiran Haji Damit, RBN, Chairman of the 12th BISAM.
Among the main objectives of the meeting was to ensure the participants were aware of the rules and regulations of the competition, and to enhance the rapport between the participants.
Present during the meeting were representatives from the armed forces of Australia; Cambodia; China; Indonesia; Jordan; Lao PDR; Malaysia; Myanmar; Oman; Pakistan; Philippines; Singapore; Thailand; United Kingdom; United States; and Viet Nam. The meeting was also attended by representatives from the Prime Minister’s Office and Ministry of Home Affairs namely the Royal Brunei Police Force, Narcotics Control Bureau and Prison Department respectively.
In addition to the meeting, the participants also had the opportunity to visit the Binturan Range to observe match demonstrations as well as visit the BISAM Village, Penanjong Garison. The event concluded with an official dinner hosted at The Garden’s Veranda Restaurant, Rimba.
MESYUARAT TEKNIKAL BISAM KE-12 2020
BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN, Selasa, 3 Mac 2020 – Mesyuarat Teknikal Kejohanan Menembak Antarabangsa Brunei ke-12 (BISAM ke-12) telah diadakan pada hari ini di Rizqun International Hotel, Gadong. Mesyuarat tersebut telah dirasmikan oleh Kepten Pengiran Mohamad bin Pengiran Haji Damit, TLDB, Pengerusi BISAM ke-12.
Antara tujuan mesyuarat ialah untuk memastikan kesemua peserta-peserta mengambil maklum akan peraturan kejohanan dan pada masa yang sama, turut mengeratkan lagi hubungan di antara peserta-peserta BISAM ke-12.
Mesyuarat telah dihadiri wakil-wakil angkatan bersenjata dari Australia; Kemboja; China; Indonesia; Jordan; Lao PDR; Malaysia; Myanmar; Oman; Pakistan; Filipina; Singapura; Thailand; United Kingdom; Amerika Syarikat; dan Viet Nam. Turut hadir ialah wakil-wakil dari Jabatan Perdana Menteri dan Kementerian Hal Ehwal Dalam Negeri khususnya Pasukan Polis Diraja Brunei, Biro Kawalan Narkotik dan Jabatan Penjara.
Di samping itu, peserta-peserta juga berpeluang untuk melawat Padang Tembak Binturan dan Perkampungan BISAM, Penanjong Garison bagi menyaksikan pertunjukan perlawanan menembak. Mesyuarat diakhiri dengan Majlis Makan Malam di
