Hassanal Bolkiah National Stadium, Sunday 31 August 2008 – Royal Brunei Armed Forces Sports Council (MS ABDB) came out victorious  in the DSTGroup Brunei Premier League FA Cup, grabbing the silverware by beating Wijaya FC with a 1-0 win at the Hassanal Bolkiah National Stadium.

The winning goal was scored on the 37th minute of the first half by No 28 Md Roy Suhardi Hanifah who also gained the 'best player award' at the final.

Several awards were given away at the final which included the Players of the Year to Suhaimie Yussof of MS ABDB; the best young player award to Hamizan Aziz Sulaiman of QAF FC; and joint top scorer of Premier I to Viban Francis Bayong of QAF FC and Budiman Jumat of MS ABDB;

Other awards presented were Best referee award went to Pg Azman bin Pg Badaruddin; fair play award went to team Majra FC; best coach award went to former national player Hussin Moktal of Majra FC; and the joint top scorer award for Premier II went to Saifuny Sawal of Perkasa and Md Azri Jebri of LLRC. The best goalkeeper award went to Abdul Hafiz Hj Mursadi of Jerudong.

The guest of honour who presented the prizes to the winners was Pehin Dato Seri Setia Awang Hj Ahmad bin Hj Jumat, the Minister of Culture, Youth and Sports.
