Singapore Chief Navy Visit Brunei

ROYAL BRUNEI NAVY - WEDNESDAY, 12th October 2011. The Royal Brunei Navy received a delegation from the Republic Of Singapore Navy led by Rear Admiral Ng Chee Peng, The Chief Navy (CNV) Of The Republic Singaporean Navy (RSN) as part of his introductory visit.

Rear Admiral Ng Chee Peng made a visit to the RBN Headquarters (HQ) in Muara and was greeted by First Admiral Dato Seri Pahlawan Haji Abdul Halim Bin Hj Mohd Hanifah, Commander of RBN along with other senior RBN officers. He then Inspected the Guard of Honour, followed by a courtesy call to the Commander Of RBN.

During the two day visit, Rear Admiral Ng Chee Peng also made a Courtesy Call to Dato Paduka Haji Mustappa bin Haji Sirat, the Deputy Minister Of Defence as well as to Major General Dato Paduka Seri Haji Aminuddin Ehsan bin Pehin Orang Kaya Saiful Mulok Dato Seri Paduka Haji Abidin, Commander Of The Royal Brunei Armed Forces (RBAF).

The introductory visit was aimed to further enhance both countries navy’s bilateral ties as well as to widen the scope of future naval cooperation.

Accompanying Rear Admiral Ng Chee Peng was his spouse, Madam Valerie Low Yin Lee, along with three other senior RSN officials.
