Berakas Garrison, Saturday, 6 December 2025 –
Fourteen golfers from the Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF), comprising officers and non-commissioned officers, participated in the Royal Brunei Armed Forces (RBAF) Inter-Services Golf Tournament 2025 held at the RBAF Golf Club, Berakas Garrison, from 5 to 6 December 2025.
The tournament was organised by the Directorate of Personnel, Ministry of Defence, in conjunction with the 64th Anniversary of the Royal Brunei Armed Forces, and featured participation from all services of the RBAF.
The competition was conducted using a stroke play format over nine holes, with players competing in several categories that include the Team Category, VIP Category , Individual Gross Category (Top 5), and Individual Nett Category, alongside novelty category such as
Nearest to the Pin,
Nearest to the Line, and
Longest Drive.
Notably, the Acting Commander of the RBAirF, Colonel (U) Pengiran Hasrul Ariffin bin Pengiran Haji Rosley participated in the VIP Category, reflecting senior leadership support for inter-services sportsmanship and personnel engagement.
The Royal Brunei Land Forces emerged as the champion of the Team Category, winning the tournament's trophy. Meanwhile, WO1 (U) Haji Ahmad Bukhari bin Haji Tengah clinched the Individual Nett Category.
The prize presentation ceremony was graced by the presence of the Commander of the RBAF, Major General Dato Paduka Seri Haji Muhammad Haszaimi bin Bol Hassan, as Guest of Honour. Also present at the event were members of the RBAF Executive Committee, Directors, Senior Officers, Officers as well as personnel from the Ministry of Defence and RBAF.
The tournament served as a meaningful platform to strengthen camaraderie, foster sportsmanship, and promote a healthy lifestyle, while reinforcing unity and cooperation across the RBAF.
ANGGOTA TUDB SERTAI KEJOHANAN GOLF ANTARA UNIT-UNIT ANGKATAN BERSENJATA DIRAJA BRUNEI
BERAKAS GARISON, Sabtu, 6 Disember 2025 – Seramai empat belas orang pemain golf dari Tentera Udara Diraja Brunei (TUDB), yang terdiri daripada pegawai - pegawai dan pegawai tidak bertauliah (PTB Kanan), telah menyertai Kejohanan Golf antara Unit-Unit Angkatan Bersenjata Diraja Brunei (ABDB) bagi tahun 2025 yang berlangsung di Kelab Golf ABDB, Berakas Garison dari 5 hingga 6 Disember 2025.
Kejohanan ini dianjurkan oleh Jabatanarah Keanggotaan, Kementerian Pertahanan bersempena Hari Ulang Tahun ke-64 ABDB, dan telah melibatkan penyertaan daripada semua unit-unti ABDB.
Kejohanan tersebut dijalankan menggunakan format
stroke play bagi sembilan lubang, dimana para pemain bersaing dalam beberapa kategori termasuk Kategori Berpasukan, Kategori VIP, Kategori Individu Gross (Lima Teratas), dan Kategori Individu Nett, di samping Kategori
novelty seperti
Nearest to the Pin,
Nearest to the Line, dan
Longest Drive.
Turut menyertai kejohanan tersebut ialah Pemangku Pemerintah TUDB, Kolonel (U) Pengiran Hasrul Ariffin bin Pengiran Haji Rosley dalam Kategori VIP, yang mencerminkan sokongan kepimpinan tertinggi terhadap semangat kesukanan antara unit-unit ABDB serta penglibatan warga ABDB.
Tentera Darat Diraja Brunei telah muncul juara bagi Kategori Berpasukan dan membawa pulang piala pusingan. Sementara itu, PW1 (U) Haji Ahmad Bukhari bin Haji Tengah berjaya merangkul Juara Kategori Individu Nett.
Majlis penyampaian hadiah telah disempurnakan oleh Pemerintah ABDB, Mejar Jeneral Dato Paduka Seri Haji Muhammad Haszaimi bin Bol Hassan selaku Tetamu Kehormat. Turut hadir di kejohanan tersebut adalah Ahli-ahli Jawatankuasa Eksekutif ABDB, Pengarah-pengarah, Pegawai-pegawai Kanan, pegawai-pegawai serta anggota dari Kementerian Pertahanan dan ABDB.
Kejohanan ini menjadi platform bermakna untuk mengukuhkan ukhuwah, memupuk semangat kesukanan, dan menggalakkan gaya hidup sihat, di samping mengeratkan silaturahim serta kerjasama antara unit-unit ABDB.
