RIMBA AIR FORCE BASE, Monday, 23 June 2025 – In conjunction with its 59th Anniversary, the Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF) held a Khatam Al-Quran and Thanksgiving Ceremony at Surau Al-Barakah, Rimba Air Force Base.
The ceremony was attended by Colonel (U) Haji Haszahaidi bin Haji Ahmad Daud, Commander of the Royal Brunei Air Force. In attendance were senior officers, officers, and personnel of the RBAirF.
Reflecting the organisation's continued emphasis on spiritual development and unity, the event served as a platform to express gratitude and seek blessings for continued success, safety, and resilience in fulfilling national duties. The ceremony commenced with the recitation of Sayyidul Istighfar, Surah Al-Fatihah, and Prayers before reading the Noble Al-Quran, followed by selected Surahs for Khatam, Takhtim, and Tahlil. The session concluded with the recitation of Doa Khatam, Doa Tahlil, and Dikir Marhaban.
The ceremony proceeded with the recitation of verses from Surah Al-Mulk (Verses 1–10), followed by the congregational Maghrib prayer. This was succeeded by Solat Sunat Ba'diah, Solat Sunat Hajat, the recitation of Surah Yassin and Tahlil, as well as the Doa Kesyukuran. The event concluded with the congregational Isya prayer and the recitation of Selawat Tafrijiyyah.
This religious observance reaffirmed the RBAirF's commitment to integrating spiritual values within its institutional culture, while reinforcing a collective hope for continued excellence and steadfastness in service to the nation.
TUDB MENGADAKAN MAJLIS KHATAM AL-QURAN DAN DOA KESYUKURAN SEMPENA SAMBUTAN HARI ULANG TAHUN KE-59
PANGKALAN TENTERA UDARA RIMBA, Isnin, 23 Jun 2025 – Sempena Sambutan Hari Ulang Tahun ke-59, Tentera Udara Diraja Brunei (TUDB) telah mengadakan Majlis Khatam Al-Quran dan Doa Kesyukuran bertempat di Surau Al-Barakah, Pangkalan Tentera Udara Rimba.
Majlis tersebut dihadiri oleh Kolonel (U) Haji Haszahaidi bin Haji Ahmad Daud, Pemerintah TUDB. Turut hadir ialah pegawai-pegawai kanan, pegawai-pegawai serta anggota-anggota TUDB.
Majlis ini mencerminkan keprihatinan TUDB dalam memperkukuhkan pembangunan rohani dan jati diri warga, di samping menzahirkan rasa syukur serta memohon keberkatan agar TUDB terus dikurniakan kejayaan, keselamatan dan ketabahan dalam menjalankan tanggungjawab kepada negara. Acara dimulakan dengan bacaan Sayyidul Istighfar, Surah Al-Fatihah dan Doa Sebelum Membaca Al-Quran Al-Karim, diikuti dengan bacaan surah-surah khatam, Takhtim dan Tahlil. Sesi diteruskan dengan bacaan Doa Khatam dan Doa Tahlil serta alunan Dikir Marhaban.
Majlis disusuli dengan bacaan ayat-ayat suci Al-Quran dari Surah Al-Mulk (ayat 1 hingga 10), Solat Fardhu Maghrib berjemaah, Solat Sunat Ba'diah, Solat Sunat Hajat, bacaan Surah Yassin, Tahlil dan Doa Kesyukuran. Majlis kemudiannya diakhiri dengan Solat Fardhu Isya berjemaah serta bacaan Selawat Tafrijiyyah.
Majlis ini memperteguh lagi komitmen TUDB dalam mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai kerohanian dalam budaya organisasi, serta memperkukuhkan harapan bersama agar terus mencapai kecemerlangan dan kekuatan dalam perkhidmatan kepada agama, bangsa dan negara.
