I have zero body issues (for obvious reasons) and I know how attractive I am (both intellectually and physically) so any man who said otherwise would just be ignored (because I’d know he was only saying it for the exact reasons you just described).
People without self-esteem issues are a turn off for me. (If some guy ever pathetically tried to insult me and thought he’d get anything other than punched in the eye, he’s sadly mistaken.) A guy who is patronizing, insulting and disrespectful lacks self-esteem, confidence, and masculinity and thus I’d never fuck him anyway.
Insulting and manipulating your dates is idiotic and childish and that’s exactly what you will attract with your silly behavior.

I have found that a large majority of younger men (I say younger because I only date men who are my age or younger) these days seem to be in a hurry to settle down, “be done with the dating scene”, and want a family more than ever before.

but it really is just your own personal issues and not something that most men OR women could even identify with on a general level.

many men are tired of paying for the emotional needs of lazy sluts, im not the only person.
I think it’s great that men and women have the choice to date whomever, however much, and many ages and varieties now. I think it’s great that people don’t feel forced to marry now to have kids and don’t stay in abusive marriages and harm the children for life.
