I agree that feminism minimizing male-female differences wherever they can is a load of crap. They tell women they should want to slave away in a glorious career. Due to herd psychology, many women buy into this but quickly realize they’re not happy as a single career woman and they wish they could work less and spend more time in a relationship and have kids.
See this Atlantic article where women want relationships but are shamed out of them:
http://www.theatlantic.com/sexes/archive/2013/03/women-in-their-20s-shouldnt-feel-bad-about-wanting-a-boyfriend/273737/
And your comment about resorting to victimization is spot on. Feminism claims to want a strong and independent woman but more often than not they spend their time trying to adjust the environment (men, laws, culture, etc.) to support women instead of them actually “woman-ing up” to actually be the strong, independent women they claim they want to be.
Of course, if an environment is really unfair then you need to work on improving it but in developed countries there’s more than enough fairness for women and the pendulum has shifted to the other side where the unfairness is more against men
See how nearly 60% of college grads in the US are females. If this ratio were reversed you’d have feminists howling at the unfairness but they don’t really speak up in wanting to right the current unfairness against men. Why? Because feminists are really more about power for feminist women than for equality for all.
