KUALA
LUMPUR Sunday 09 September 2007 - The Kuala
Lumpur International Tattoo came to an end last
night after three nights of entertaining performances
at Merdeka Stadium. The tattoo was officiated by
Yang Di-Pertuan Agong Tuanku Mizan Zainal Abidin
who attended the event on the second nights. The
Commander of the RBAF was amongst the invited guest
during the opening ceremony.
Negara
Brunei Darussalam was one of the 13 participating
countries. Brunei was represented by Royal Brunei
Armed Forces Band and elements of the Royal Brunei
Land Force Pipes Band. Brunei contingent played
several tunes including some unique songs such as
Adai-Adai, Yadan, Mukun Menyubuh and Ola-Ole Negara
Brunei.

Malaysian local paper wrote, "Judging by the
thunderous applause, one of the crowd favourites
was the Royal Brunei Armed Forces and Pipes Band
which added a joget twist to its performance. It
also performed 'Dirgahayu Malaysia' specially for
the Malaysia's 50th independence Celebrations".
