BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN, Tuesday 30 October 2007 - His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu'izzaddin Waddaulah, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam, the Minister of Defence and Supreme Commander of Royal Brunei Armed Forces (RBAF) has consented to receive in audience the Minister for Defence Republic of Singapore His Excellency Mr Teo Chee Hean at the Istana Nurul Iman.

Accompanying the Singapore Defence Minister was the Deputy Minister of Defence Yang Berhormat Pehin Datu Singamanteri Colonel (Rtd) Dato Seri Paduka Haji Mohammad Yasmin bin Haji Umar and the Permanent Secretary of Defence, Pengiran Dato Paduka Haji Abd Hamid bin Pg Mohd Yassin.

His Excellency Mr Teo Chee Hean and delegation will be in the sultanate from 29 October until 31 October.
