
RIMBA, Saturday 09 Sept 2006 - A total of
ten personnel from the Royal Brunei Armed Forces
(RBAF) from the second contingent of the International
Monitoring Mission (IMT) led by Lieutenant Colonel
Haji Jol Jublee bin Haji Bangkol have arrived safely
home from the Republic of Philippines after participating
in a tour of duty there. The contingent landed at
about 3.00 pm in Royal Brunei Air Force's CN235
aircraft. A welcoming home ceremony was held at
the Royal Brunei Air Force Base in Rimba.
The Guest of Honour at this ceremony was the Commander
of the Royal Brunei Armed Forces, Yang Dimuliakan
Pehin Datu Lailaraja Major General Dato Paduka Seri
Haji Awang Halbi bin Haji Md Yussof.
The second contingent whom commenced their task
in Cotabato Mindanao last year September 2004 comprises
the following personnel:

Among other guests present at the ceremony were
Her Excellency the Ambassador of Republic of the
Philippines, Permanent Secretary at the Ministry
of Defence, Service Commanders and Commandants,
Directors, officers of the Ministry of Defence and
the RBAF as well as families and relatives of the
contingents.
