BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN, Wednesday 29 Nov 2006 - By the command of His Majesty and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam, it was announced that His Majesty has consented for the appointment of the Permanent Secretary at the Ministry of Defence, Dato Paduka Haji Mustappa bin Haji Sirat, as the Temporary Acting Chairman of the Board of Directors of Royal Brunei Technical Services Sdn. Bhd, RBTS, to replace the Minister of Energy at the Prime Minister's Office, Yang Berhormat Pehin Orang Kaya Seri Utama Dato Seri Setia Awang Haji Yahya Bin Begawan Mudim Dato Paduka Haji Bakar.

Whilst, His Majesty also consented to appoint Senior Special Duties Officer at the Ministry of Defence, Datin Paduka Hajah Intan binte Haji Mohammad Kassim, as Temporary Acting Chief Executive Officer of RBTS in replacing Awang Haji Kamaruddin bin Dato Paduka Haji Abdul Wahab.

Both appointments took effect on Tuesday, 28 Nov 2006 corresponding to 07 Zulkaedah 1427.
