Berakas Garison, Friday 22 Sept 2006 - With the consent of His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Negara Brunei Darussalam, The Commander Royal Brunei Armed Forces (RBAF), Yang Dimuliakan Pehin Datu Lailaraja Major General Dato Paduka Seri Haji Awang Halbi Bin Haji Md Yussof announced that 10 Officers of the RBAF has been consented to be promoted. The promotion ceremony took place this afternoon at the Officers' Mess Bolkiah Garrison.
