Berakas,
Friday 13 October 2006 - In the midst of Brunei
Muslim community serving the holy fasting month
of Ramadhan, the normal practise that should be
carry out are to reminisce the passing of love ones,
cleaning up cemeteries and offering the 'tahlil'.
It is believed so that there are several Muslim
cemeteries which are rarely visited especially old
cemeteries. In order to receive blessings from Allah
Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala, the RBAF never missed out to
clean up these old cemeteries which its location
is hidden in Restricted Military Camp. Nevertheless,
this morning the RBAF Religious Department led by
Lieutenant Arifin bin Amit held an activity on cleaning
up an old cemetery at Berakas Garison, which later
followed with offerings of the Yaasin and Tahlil.
