RBLF Hands Over Muslim Cemetery Hut

LABI BELAIT, Friday 10 Nov 2006 - This morning a Titian Amal Project, a community service contribution which is run by the Royal Brunei Land Force (RBLF) in an official ceremony, handed over the completion construction of a cemetery hut at the muslim cemetery for the villagers of Kg Ratan Terunan in Labi, Belait District.

Held at the Labi Town Hall, the Commander of RBLF Colonel Pengiran Dato Paduka Haji Rosli bin Pengiran Haji Chuchu presented the Titian Amal Project Certificate to the Guest of Honour, the Assistant District Officer of Belait District Awang Shahminan bin Haji Tengah.

The construction work of the cemetery hut which was undertaken by 14 personnel from the Third Battalion (3rd ) of the Royal Brunei Land Force Assault Pioneer Platoon began on 15 May 2006 and was completed on 28 May 2006. All building materials were supplied by the 3rd Battalion RBLF. This project is one of the line up activity commemorating the RBLF 45th anniversary held recently.
