ORGANISATION AND ROLE OF RECRUITING OFFICE ROYAL BRUNEI ARMED FORCE
The Recruitment Office is one of the Department under the Directorate of Personnel and Administration, Ministry of Defence. The roles of Recruiting Office are as follows:
- To register potential male and female officer cadet entries.
- To register potential male and female recruit entries.
- To register potential Boys Wing entries.
- Conduct Royal Brunei Armed Forces career briefing and provide career displays/exhibitions to all districts.
- Coordinate school visits to Royal Brunei Armed Forces.
THE CONDITIONS TO JOIN THE ROYAL BRUNEI ARMED FORCE
Applicants must satisfy the requirement stated in either category 'A' or 'B'.
CATEGORY 'A'
- Subject of His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Dipertuan of Brunei Darussalam
- Born in Brunei Darussalam
- From any one of the following ethnic groups:
- Brunei
- Belait
- Tutong
- Kedayan
- Dusun
- Murut
- Bisaya
- Brunei
