INTRODUCTION

The directorate plays a role in managing the necessity of RBAF such as the record keeping of personnel, the process of transfer, termination of service & recruitment planning. The directorate is also responsible in the management of financial welfare; including pension, gratvity, allowances to coordinate with military's discipline, the development of continuing professional development ( or the improvement of knowledge & skill) & giving effective counselling to RBAF personnel. In Protocol aspects, the Directorate is responsible in coordinating parade for both RBAF and National Level.

As a whole, the directorate plays a role in issuing guidelines/procedures in the accomplishment of personnel and the administration of RBAF.
