Administration Section
Responsible for matters pertaining to general administration, office administration, correspondence, filing, staff leave, performance of administration staff, training for administration staff, confidential correspondence and welfare of administration staff.
Finance Section
Responsible for matters pertaining to the financial matters of technical staff, including its regulation, coordination and communication.
Personnel Administration Section
This section is further divided into three sub-sections:
a. Land/ MINDEF Engineering Unit.
b. Air Engineering Unit.
c. Naval Engineering Unit.
These sub-sections conduct and coordinate management of technical staff covering their welfare, public affairs, performance assessment, report and records, leave administration, and coordination and planning the sub-divisions’ administrative development.
Each sub-section is handled by respective Staff Managers, with the assistance of several clerical staff.
Recruitment Section.
Responsible for carrying out early processes of job applications, coordination of interviews in the country and abroad, prepare interview reports, interview scheduling, recruitment statistics and records, public affairs and advertisements.
Immigration and Housing Section.
Responsible for providing damage reports, housing supervision, attachments, records and statistics, and public affairs matters. They also execute coordination of working pass renewal, visas, technical merchant staff passport arrangements and technical staff passes.

BPKT mempunyai 5 seksyen yang ditugaskan dengan tangunggjawab-tanggungjawab tertentu seperti berikut:
Seksyen pentadbiran.
Mengendalikan hal-hal yang meliputi pentadbiran am, pentadbiran pejabat, surat menyurat, failing, cuti kakitangan, prestasi kakitangan pentadbiran, latihan bagi kakitangan pentadbiran, surat menyurat sulit dan kebajikan kakitangan pentadbiran.
Seksyen Kewangan.
Mengendalikan hal ehwal kewangan bahagian yang meliputi hal-hal penyeliaan, penyelarasan dan perhubungan bagi hal-hal kewangan kakitangan teknikal.
Seksyen Pentadbiran Personel.
Unit ini mengandungi tiga bahagian:
d. Unit kejuruteraan darat/mindef.
e. Unit kejuruteraan udara.
f. Unit kejuruteraan laut.
Unit-unit ini mengendalikan dan menyelaras pengurusan kakitangan teknikal, hal-hal mengenai kebajikan kakitangan teknikal, perhubungan awam, penilaian prestasi, lapuran dan rekod mengenai kakitangan teknikal, pentadbiran cuti, menyelaras serta merancang perkembangan pentadbiran unit.
Unit-unit ini dikendalikan oleh pengurus-pengurus kakitangan dengan dibantu oleh beberapa orang kerani.
Seksyen Pengambilan
bahagian ini mengendalikan proses-proses awal permohonan kerja, menyelaras temuduga didalam dan diluar negeri, menyediakan lapuran-lapuran temuduga, perancangan sessi temuduga, statistik dan rekod-rekod pengambilan, perhubungan awam dan pengiklanan.
Seksyen Perumahan dan Immigresen.
Bahagian ini mengendalikan lapuran-lapuran kerosakan, penyeliaan perumahan, penempatan, rekod dan statistik dan perhubungan awam. Menyelaras pembaharuan pas-pas kerja, visa, pengurusan paspot kakitangan teknikal dagang dan pas-pas kakitangan teknikal.
